Payment and Cancellation Policy

•Payment: We require full payment at the time you sign up for a lesson to confirm your reservation. We accept all credit cards, check or money order. If you'd like to confirm your reservation with either a check or money order, you may sign up for a class date and then send payment to us.

• Cancellations and Refunds: Should you need to cancel or reschedule your lesson, please do so before 48 hours of your lesson time for a full refund. If you cancel or try to reschedule less than 48 hours of your lesson time, no refunds will be given and you will lose your lesson time. Lessons start promptly. If you do not arrive for your lesson or are late, no refunds will be given for missed time.

• Weather: If your instructor needs to cancel your lesson due to weather, we can reschedule your lesson for another day.

•We require you to sign a release form and proof of medical insurance when you come for your lesson.
